Wow! Five years! A milestone. It doesn’t feel like it and yet actually it does, kind of, not sure what it feels like, maybe like a satsuma, not as firm as an orange exuding a tangy promise.
Five years, but that’s not really that long is it? What I hadn’t remembered was it was this time of year I joined, autumn, my favourite season as it happens, and the last day in September, and I even posted my first blog that day too. Maybe this makes the 30th September, ‘Me Day’. Yay!
Meanwhile, I’ve been finding that your twenties are just a process of healing your relationship with exercise that was destroyed by your secondary school PE teachers.
Anyway, that’s enough of me, how are you? Did you know, I’m only 5 years old on WordPress!

To be honest I’m not sure either, I’ve been on for nearly 10 years and I’ve seen many come and go so 5 years and still with a head of steam is pretty good going 🙂
